I did not vote because age should not be used rather mental, physical and sexual development are so much more important. I have meet 20 yr old's that act like 12 and 12 yr old's that are extremely matured! And at the same time the old saying "old enough to bleed/cum, old enough to breed" is not accurate! In Europe kids of all ages are allowed and even encouraged to enjoy kissing petting and even masturbation and oral sex but to wait on vaginal and anal sex. I think this is fantastic! It identifies they are sexual and openly allows them to explore and release sexual tension without fear or shame!

whilst i appreciate part of what you are saying i have to say you have a very skewed opinion of Europe and infact some countries within Europe are far more conservative than the bible belt in the states.

As I said there is no age limit. Seriously Some adults have zero business having a kid. I have a neighbor kid thats 12 and baby sits and parents say she has been the best very mature and responsible on time and has saved every dollar she gets for the past 2 years! I refuse to say any age!

Personally, I think 18+ is more suitable so people can make informed decisions about who they are sleeping in - especially when it comes to peer pressure or just the pressure of a partner.
