  • I stopped shaving at twelve. The only places I've ever been ID'd at were the ones that ID everyone. After I graduated high school, some friends and I would head out to a particular place that had live music every week. You could get in if you were under 21, you just couldn't buy booze. The bouncer would check everyone's IDs, and either wave you through or stamp your hand, so the bar staff would know not to sell to you. Wanting to make it easy for him and quick for everyone behind me, I handed him my ID and held out my other hand for stamping. He started to wave me through, then stopped, did a double take, and stamped my extended hand while shaking his head in disbelief. Okay, fair enough the first time, but this happened every week. For the whole summer. The same guy. It became a running joke among my friends.

  • back when i looked that young pubs and clubs werent that bothered so never really got asked for id... it was just before id cards came in to be fair but no one seemed to care back then. i used to go to a pub every Saturday night when i was 14 and i was going clubbing when i was 15/16. i didn't look 18 or over but it wasn't an issue in the early 80s. it was the same with porn back then... it was all really just magazines which were supposed to be only sold to over 18s but i was buying them well before my 18th birthday... the woman in the shop just laughed rather than asking me how old i was ;)

    • in some yea and the others are just a bunch of indians that dont care who the money comes from, i have a underground place that are suppliers and i got face there so i can buy without a dealer license, prices are cheap, they have these packs of vapes that are nomally 30, i buy a pack for ten and sell them to others for 10 dollars each a pack of 3 for 10, sell each for ten i make 20 dollars profit 🤷🏽‍♂️
