That's a funny one - I only mentioned it as a normal conversational thing with someone older/close to my family just recently. It was always OK to talk about it in general, but the specifics were never discussed (and I've lived abroad from my parents since my age 20)

I am pretty open with my sister. Partly because she is now my girlfriend's friend and my girlfriend is open with her, so she already knows, plus she is a lot more experienced.
