How revealing are speedos on guys?

Just been told we have to wear them for swim practice - was wondering what the girls on our team are gonna think when they see us in them...

Pft. You're on a swim team and you're JUST being informed of the need to wear speedos? Did you JUST join? These girls have been around speedo-clad guys for years. Most swimmers start when they're about 6.

You in a speedo is old news. No one cares. No one will look at you weird. I swam for 8 years, my boyfriend is a swimmer, I've been around guys in speedos basically my whole life. Girls spend a lot less time looking at the speedo than guys think they do.

I wish you luck. I quit swimming for HS and then tried to pick it back up again after a year off and I was so far behind that I couldn't get back into it.

as a girl who has been to a lot of swim meets...

when they're dry, they're not so bad. you can see a vague outline of it all but nothing too offensive.

but when they're wet it gets way clingier and you can basically see everything.

will girls get turned on by it? It's all a bit too scrunched up and feminine, so probably not.
But will they still look out of curiosity? yup :)

Honestly, if you see an attractive guy, this will probably work in your favor. Even girls that don't seem like it have an inner slut. You'll probably get checked out

lol I was on swim team/water polo in high school. Girls would attend the meets just to look at the guys in speedos... nicknamed them "Grape smugglers" XD. It was custom for the guys to snap the front once they got out of the pool so the wet speedo wouldn't stick to their package and leave nothing to the imagination.
