Many people don’t like me in this website because I’m blunt and I speak my mind. I’m not afraid to say it for what it is. Specially men don’t appreciate some of the things I have said, or that I have to say. I’m sick and tired of the utter lies and propaganda spread by the Manosphere Community, RedPill Community, so called Alpha Male Dating Coaches. And I know about all of them. I know about BetterBachelor, I know about Kevin Samuels, Fresh&Fit, Andrew Tate, amongst others. These spokesmen have spread nothing but lies and antiquated views on women.
They’re not helping young men whatsoever and instead they’re sucking every penny and dime from their lonely INCEL followers. I find it so sad that this has happened to the modern day man. 🥺 I feel hurt for them. Believe it or not. Even though I can be mean. I also wish to wake them up and help them. So here I’ll post many tips and tricks that young men can practice to come out as winners. And leave these insane ideologies. These insane views on women that are doing nothing for you, but making you look down on women, and stay lonely.
‼️ DISCLAIMER: These tips and suggestions are for young men only. If you’re above 40, I can’t help you. I’m 25 and I’m trying to help people closer to my age range. I just don’t believe past the age of 40, any of these will help you sorry.

TIP #1
Go out to the sun/ Get some sun.
To increase Testosterone. Get some sunlight. I do not mean just vitamin D from the sun. I mean literal sunlight. You need to figure out how you’re gonna do this. But it’s been found that sunlight literally increases your Testosterone. Get into a sport, go swimming, go running. Use natural sunblock. Be safe. Do this as safe as possible. But you need to get some sunlight. At the very least for 1 hour.

TIP #2
Workout / Make Gains.
This is an obvious one you should already know about. I shouldn’t have to tell you that you need to work out, and make some muscles. You should already know what women like. You are past high school, you should already know this. You should already know what women are attracted to. Otherwise you don’t have the right to complain about women not turning to look at you. Women regardless of them saying they want a nice, simpy, geeky weakling. Women still, biologically think with their animal/ reptile brain. No matter what we say. Do not trust when women say they don’t care about looks, because that’s a lie. Biologically we care about looks more than you do. And as you increase muscle mass. You also increase your testosterone.

Workout your Jaw.
Figure out how to develop a more pronounced, square, chiseled jawline. There are many ways to do this. You can purchase products to help you work-out your jaw. You could chew hard gum. Tip #4
Eat Meats, Nuts and Protein
Always stick to meats and high protein foods. Such as Eggs, Fish, Turkey, Beef. Etc. Protein Shakes, all of those works fine. Specially as a man, this should be your primary source of nutrition. Stay away from junk-food and all that garbage. Obesity will instead increase your estrogen like a woman and be unhealthy for you.

Deepen your voice
A very deep masculine voice is a factor of high testosterone. This is one of the main ways women can tell a man has very high testosterone. Without us having to give you a blood test. We literally can sense that high testosterone in the depth of your voice alone. The way to deepen your voice is by obviously increasing your own testosterone first and foremost. You can look up online on many ways to do it, do voice exercises. But as your increase testosterone levels your voice naturally will get manly. As you gain muscle mass around your neck. This will also change your neck. You need to have a deep thunder-like voice.
This is why transmen who are women that transition to become a man, will themselves develop a deeper voice because they’re taking testosterone.

Darken your EyeBrows
This does not apply to you if you’re a blonde person. However, most women are attracted to men of dark hair color. If you have dark hair color, you’re already half way there. Figure out a way to darken your eyebrows and make sure they’re as thick with hair as they can get. Dark thick eyebrows are another way we can tell you’re growing a lot of hair, also indicative of HIGH TESTOSTERONE. You could paint them like women do. You could go get an eyebrow enhancement tattoo. Get a hair-growth serum. Do whatever you need to do.. to make sure those things spell “HIGH TESTOSTERONE”. You don’t need to pluck them or anything. Make sure they’re nice and bushy at all times.
Another thing about eyebrows. Once you have the “thick eyebrow” part down. Always have them in an angered position. In a brooding position. Make those eyebrows spell “danger”. Even though you’re not actually angry. But pointing them in an angry fashion can be attractive to women.

Workout your Hands, Forearms & Back.
I know they tell you that you should do your biceps & abs first. However; the first thing women see when they meet you. Is your hands, your forearms and the size of your back. USUALLY. So make sure you get these areas first. Women don’t see your biceps or abs until you’re naked or wearing a sleeveless. You can focus on Abs and Biceps later on.
If you already have large hands and long fingers. That’s already a benefit and you’re gifted. 👍 You’d only now have to focus on the rest of these tips.

QUIT PORNOGRAPHY.
This one isn’t gonna be easy. But quitting XXX is one of the best ways to increase testosterone. If you’re always busting nuts 🥜 on yourself, you’re gonna stay at a high estrogen and progesterone level. The more you do it, the more you loose testosterone. Literally all your testosterone is in your BALLS. And you’re releasing all of it and throwing all of it away. The main source of a deeper voice. Thicker hair. You’re throwing away. Figure out some other hobbie or get into a sport or something to keep you from doing this to you. If you do consume this garbage, do it once a week. Do it less and less. All of your testosterone is there.
The more you consume this BS , the more you’re gonna keep away from the real thing. What does that make you? 🫵 A Cuck? A Cuck who watches women he wants to screw get screwed by someone else? Or does this make you the Alpha dude in the video? 🤔

Tip #9
Fight other men
If you get into sports such as Boxing 🥊, KickBoxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, or anything that has to do with you fighting other men, this will also naturally increase your testosterone. This will increase adrenaline, and in turn increase your testosterone and your manhood altogether.
Biologically you are a dangerous fighting machine. And don’t feel bad about it. It’s in your nature to be this way. 😈
Don’t let Modern Society tell you it’s Toxic Masculinity or any of that BS. You’re more than this. ❤️ It’s only toxic when it’s against a female. Don’t let the manosphere or feminists get to you.

Tip #10
Date women beneath you.
I hate to say this. But I think you should still go out and date women beneath you if that’s all you can obtain right now. I know the RedPill losers tell you that you don’t deserve women beneath you. But these self proclaimed dating coaches don’t know your situation for what it is. If women beneath you is all you can do right now. Being intimate with them, and dating them. That’s still practice and that’s still experience. I honestly think you NEED to experience. You seriously NEED the experience. Don’t depend on XXX on a screen. Go out and get the real thing. Even if the real thing doesn’t meet your expectations. Practice and Experience. THIS is what makes you experienced with women. This is what I would do if I were you 🫵. And when you qualify as a CHAD or HOTTIE then you can upgrade.

These are all the Tips I have for today.
You don’t have to partake in all these practices all at once. You can try some of them, you can do one at a time. I know it’s uncomfortable but it’s those that take risks that come out winners. The moser of these to try the better off you’ll be.
