How to best combat lust after working out?

Sweat is running and endorphines are through the roof. You feel your urges coming on and horny thoughts go rampage, but you have promised yourself to stop masturbating. What do you do to calm down?

  • Haha, sounds like coregasm. Happened to me once 9 years ago, in my extreme exercise days. It snuck up on me, while doing lunges and ab exercises. That I kept exercising cause it was starting to feel a little good, and I let it out. The release/relief.
    So just go with the flow of it happening. It’s nothing bad.

  • Study on paper. I choose economic subjects often. Either do that, or try housework. I either clean or cook things I'm not good at yet. I hate baking so lately I've been doing that.

  • After working out hard (really hard) I have depleted my testosterone so I dont experience that. You could trying lifting heavier to see if that makes a difference

    • This particular instance was sprinting.

    • Desire sex yes, but sex is for within the context of marriage. And it's not good to make yourself a slave to your urges. With some time and practice, even those stuck in sexual sin can be set free by the Grace of God.
