    I personally don't care for lean, muscular girls. I prefer slender, fit, and all the soft, healthy, fat that gives women their feminine shape. So I don't think too much weight training is necessary to having a beautiful, female form.

    If over weight then nutrition will be the biggest factor..


    If your slim or average then core work and squats will be the biggest factor… work thighs and glutes

  • What is your body goal?

  • Do lots of squats and lose weight if you need to. A lot of guys like thicker, chubbier girls so it’s ok to carry a few extra pounds.

  • Join gym

  • Be thin

  • Smooth skin, slim waist, not too slim legs, big ass and dress tightly.

    • Lol. Exercising and dieting is the only way to get a sexy body. Paying for a good instructor would be worth. For good skin, use sunscreen, moisturizer, wash your face at least twice with mild facewash. Always use perfume. Sometimes I get turned on just by her smell.

  • Can I just ask you a question? How can a girl decrease bust by getting a hot body? Personally I prefer a girl with A to B Cup breasts and Puffy Nipples
