Using mild soap and have her drink plenty of water. She may have an infection? Make sure she wears clean undies every day too that really helps
The thing is, I could tell her that she has a bad smell under there but It would hurt her feelings and I may get a reaction that will haunt me forever. I am not sure what is the right way to do this.
