It all in timing and technique. Here's what works for me. There's two parts to a BJ: The arousal and the finale.

*Bob and suck for arousal. Since it is only to get him fully hard and ready to come, you needn't exert yourself and go too fast or too deep. Just stay with it until he starts to buck, which is telling you he's ready for the finale.
