So, I as 19 yo trying to be voluntarily celibate, I broke the PMO cycle 2 months ago it has been 4 weeks since I don't get strong sexual urges, however sometimes in the mornings and before I sleep I get little urges but not much, I avoid lusting and I quit most of the sexual thoughts I had before, but I low-key still get them. So how can I remove these urges completely, or is it something like the more you avoid the more they go away thing?
