It need not be mind-blowing. It simply needs to be skilled and well timed. Here's what works on me.

*Concentrate mouth play on the penis-head (glans).
*Bob on and suck it down to just below the ridge (corona). The shaft won't feel it much.
*You can alternate to suckling it like an infant on a pacifier rather than bobbing.
