How to make her crazy horny
For starters, male and female desire works in very different ways. Men prefer pornography and women prefer erotica. The difference is that erotica evokes desire and pornography releases it. Afterwards, let it rest for a bit before going again.

The two most important things you should take away from this is
1. Arousing her before the underwear comes off and
2. The amount of pressure.
The most common complaint I hear about men stimulating women, is that they went really rough on the flesh, rubbing the clit and attacking it very hard. Firstly squirting is different from female ejaculation. Female ejaculation is the creamy thicker texture and squirting is much more liquid and often clear. Before this you must make sure your fingernails are smooth, rough bits and jagged edges can cause her pain. She must be wet enough that there is minimal friction.
When fingering her, you should aim at hitting her front wall, not hard, start soft, and work up. Start slowly as well, just tap it. Your finger should be in 2/3 inches. Once you find the right spot, the roots of the clit tap it repeatedly and rub it too. Warnings. Don't pressure her to squirt, she may not be able to or be comfortable with it. Oh dear I'm sorry... all you can really do is tell her straight though. Perhaps identify her bad habits and encourage her to change them? Bad diet, bad hygiene, infections, stds and douching can all interfere with the pH down there, which is what influences the smell. Maybe you can help her to change the problem in a subtle way if you know what's going wrong. Other than that, just tell her the truth gently. Maybe first find out if it's a cycle thing? For example, I smell nicest when I'm ovulating, but more metallic when period is approaching.

I'm not sure how to help to be honest... my jaw hurts during bjs too. All I can really tell you is press lighter because you don't need to press hard, and make sure there's minimal friction and this might take the pressure off your tongue. You can also switch in your hands if you like.
