Having sex without using protection e. g. no condoms and no birth control but solely relying on the pullout method is the best and most natural way to avoid pregnancy. There are no side effects either.
I've relied on this in the past with previous sex partners without any pregnancy scares as I do have good ejaculation control and can also last without any barriers.

If you can trust your partner and he can do the above successfully then this is an option.
