i don’t think there’s anything wrong with finding other people attractive while in a relationship. i’m not in a marriage but am dating and go to a university where hot men are everywhere. do i look at them? yes. do i think they’re hot? definitely. but i wouldn’t cheat on my boyfriend with any of them. you’re in a relationship, not blind.
physical attraction is huge but emotional and mental attraction is extremely important. a hot guy wouldn’t make me sacrifice the connection i have with my boyfriend on all levels. you should feel the same about your wife.
I think it seems sexual problems more than random attraction to beautiful girls in gyms. I am not married so I don’t think my advices will all work, but I still have same problem when I specially focus on my school, work and gym more than girls in there.
If I am you, I will take more time with my partner to strengthen my love, always tell myself about my loyalty, could be honest when I find I can, choose hours that I can avoid those girls as much as possible (especially the incredible beautiful girl.), remind myself what my partner incredibly have, find some relative advices. You should focus on your gym, set goals, find a male partner who will duel and distract you from those girls. If it goes worse, you need treatment from doctors.

You will always be attracted to other people and you may even occasionally develop a little crush but what’s important is that you manage it. When you start to notice feelings for someone quit contact and if not possible because it’s someone you have to see keep things short. Also, make sure you keep doing special bonding moments with your wife to maintain connection.

It’s normal. I don’t see an issue as long as you don’t act on it.
You are a male heterosexual human and are attracted to females. You can't stop it. The fact of the matter is there are a lot of attractive females out there. You can't avoid them. Try not to make it obvious that you are looking at them and keep it to yourself.
