How to react when someone gets a boner?

I'm with two friends in a wellness resort in this mingled changing room getting undressed and next to us is a man undressing too. He takes of his pants, and pops out this boner! Kind of hard to miss. He pretends nothing happens and keeps doing his thing. I've been going to sauna's a lot but I've never seen a hard-on before. Did he do it on purpose? Should we have reported this to one of the staff?

In regards to the boner, to be honest it's kind of hard to get one on purpose, unless touching yourself. Otherwise, if it happens it happens.

Now, in order to discern if he was looking for you to see his boner or be around when he got naked, you have to think this a bit.
was the changing room shared by both women and men OR he entered the ladies changing room?

Was he already there when you got to the changing room OR he entered after you did?
If he entered the changing room after you did: did he pick a place close to you OR went to opposite corner of the room?
When he took his pants down and boner was there, did he turn around a bit, trying to mask it or was acting parading his boner in front of you?

It doesn't sound like it was on purpose and he just continued on like it was nothing... as should you. Why would you report him? I sometimes get one just getting nude (the air feels good), nobody could be around or nothing sexual about it, sometimes they are random and just happen. Now add a mixed gender change room, I'd probably get one too! But if he wasn't being "creepy" or doing anything inappropriate, just leave it be. He can't control it. As I say, sometimes they just happen.

Hard to say but it sounds like at the very least he has bad etiquette. In the nudist setting if a guy should happen to get a boner he should cover it. Other wise it does give off the impression that while he might not have gotten it on purpose letting it hang out exposed where you can easily see it leads me to think he wanted you to

y-you.. can't have a boner on purpose. Either you have one or you dont. Thats why women usually call it "The most honest compliment.". Also why is this a mixed changing room? I live in germany and we are pretty relaxed about nudity but even we dont have mixed changing rooms. But mixed saunas.. and women usually ignore boners in the saunas.. because there is nothing a man could do about it. Maybe hide it with a towel but you'd still see a boner beneath the towel.
