Hi, I'm in a fairly new relationship. I really like the guy, but am beginning to feel frustrated by the fact that he always orgasms, and I never do. You have at least three options:
1) Break up with him and when he asks why, tell him. If he seems sufficiently contrite, take him back. This is terribly manipulative and not the course of action I recommend.
2) Leave him a note that simply asks that he hold off cumming until you have. Leave it somewhere he'll find it like taped to the dash of his car. This is also not ideal but saves you having to initiate the conversation.
3) Last and best, sit him down over an intimate drink away from the sex and ask him how he likes having sex with you. Ask him if he'd like to do anything new or different. Then tell him your issue. Be calm, direct and matter of fact. Focus on the behavior and not the person. Don't get emotional. Don't accuse or blame. Just a reasonable conversation between adults.

Be open. It doesn't matter if he's hurt by the fact your not satisfied. You shouldn't have to stay quiet and be unhappy. He will understand.
