What Girls & Guys Said

  • I had the standard British sex ed which involves drawing penises, taking about contraception and trying to embarrass the teacher

    • Pedophiles Infiltrated British Schools, that's why United Kingdom is a garbage country.

  • It was fairly shit.

we did feel sorry for our science teacher, he was giving the class the obligatory lesson, one girl was 7 months pregnant and another already had her baby.

    The rest as per @purplepoppy

    • 7 months too late

    • @purplepoppy also condoms in that lesson, was see who could get it over head n inflate

  • Had sex ed in secondary school. And it was pretty shit honestly. The boys just learned about boy stuff. The girls just learned about girl stuff. This was problematic in that then the boys didn't know anything about girls and vice versa. And even what we did learn, it was very bare bones. I didn't even know what labia actually were called until I found out through porn. Most of my actual sexual education I actually learned through porn and then googling.

  • Outside of basic anatomy we never had it in high school. I think it should be mandatory in high school

  • part of other subjects, in elementary school and in high school

  • There was no sex education in high school I learned from the older kids in the neighborhood.

  • I had sex Ed when I was in Jr high. I don't remember what it covered since it was so long ago

  • I started having sex ed when I was in 5th grade but that's because we had a make teacher. All the girls went to one classroom with a woman teacher while all of us guys went to are male teacher class room. In middle school and high school sex ed had girls and guys.

    • Both sounded awkward a little

    • Yeah I think is was more awkward with the girls involved learning both each other's anatomy and talk about how to use protection and put it on. I was taught by a man a woman but it was mostly a woman.

    • While I understand the importance Some teenagers aren’t mature enough to learn that

    • Show All
  • I think my school had them, but as I was suspended for 1/2 a semester I never had them.

  • Happily for my 'public prudishness' I was just given a book about it to read. Skipped the awkwardness altogether. (Homeschooled at the time)

  • HS, but it was still too low key. Too much biological stuff, not real life sex stuff.

  • I had them and they were worthless.

  • Hardly any it was boat load of bull and tons of laughing and giggling

  • Sex ed is a parents responsible. Biology is the schools area.
Parents need to stop being so lazy and do their part.

  • It was plain awkward, I hated them, especially when the one told someone to pass any of those contraceptive examples they had and having to hold those things. Then the guys asking about disgusting stuff

  • Nauseating
