How and why was sex more enjoyable in the 20s than in the 30s+ age bracket?

I for one turn 30 next year and I'm quite fine to say that I don't mind still not having experienced sex, yet. I just wonder those if people find from their own lived experiences thus far, that sex 'feels better' or was 'more enjoyable' in a 20s body than in a 30s plus onwards body when the body starts to decline, wrinkle, joint pains, hair quality diminishing, etc ^⁠_⁠^

I am in my 40s now. Sex is 100x more enjoyable now than in my 20’s. Because I’ve learned to master my body well sexually in order to better please a woman and in order to relax and allow myself to be pleased. That and nutritionally, I eat much better and supplement. Consequently I’m in much better health now than I ever was in my 20s or even early 30s. Sex is most enjoyable when your body is healthy and most capable.
