It depends on what a lot is. It can be unhealthy to masturbate too often. I think everyday is too often by the way. Have I as a man masturbated everyday? For a long period of time, yes but I don't think it's good. Some people aren't as negatively affected but I believe most people are if they do it everyday. I think the absolute most that most people should do this is on average once every other day
