How would you react if a date asked you to sign a consent form before hooking up?

I wish because there would be some contract negotiations and clarifications too. I realize some of these items are “next step” relationship addendums and/or Renewal.-BUT, given money does not grow on trees and the Biden inflation factor, it would be good to put future time clarification.
-no frumpy rubber or leather clogs, including and not limited too grandma flats.
-If I’m not around you to meet my voyeur needs then keep all your shit 💩 under wraps. Lockdown option (s), as by my determination, is understood and agreed too.
-NO trying to out-man me, including but not limited too, shaking hands like a man, car talking (besides-can I drive your 1994 Jaguar), beer styles (just enjoy the free shit 💩 I’m buying you), sports talk unless it’s tennis 🎾 or soccer that you do for fun, approaching my friends and/or complaints because they smile or grin at you every once and awhile.
-And finally, at least 1-2 inch heels, less joint gym time, at ALL times in my presence. Joint purchases, as we grow together and not exceeding 1200 in heel 👠 shoes, bare minerals and purses 👛 a trip is acceptable. And it goes without saying that we will grow together in the 💋🍆 , 🚼🍆, and 🦇 crazy positioning 🥨 departments too.
I no longer do it, but up until about 3 years ago when I brought a female into my home I made a video of her making an acknowledgment she was in my apartment of her own free will and was NOT drunk. Fully clothed, I would then store said video. If she refused I asked her to leave and was recording as I did so. As others have stated consent can be revoked at any time so act accordingly. I used to remind people that Billy Graham would NEVER allow himself to be alone with a female, not his wife. I used to be in a management position with many people male and female working for me. I am also doing well with my business since retirement. A man that doesn't protect himself in these matters is an idiot!
Sexual Consent Form
So I actually read the entire thing, and yeah I'll sign one if I were still single and dating, but I'll try to be extremely careful of who I trust. Problem is, this only stops false accusations.
If a man or woman were malicious, she/he could get a signature under false pretenses (i. e. "Hey, if you need to freshen up, just sign it and I'll fill in the rest."), then proceed to drug and rape the consenter; any bodily harm could easily be explained by rape play or BDSM noted in the consent form. Don't let a consent form lure into false sense of security.
Being a mother of two sons, I think this is needed. Women can be vicious and ruin a man by just saying he did something that he didn't. Would I use this specific contract? No. Do I encourage my sons to record "consent" on their phone? Yes. NO ONE believes the man and he's always guilty immediately!!
Will that "recorded consent" work? And that would assume that the girl said something which would imply that there was consent This consent game is a slippery one
@dburns1268 amennnn thank you!! No one especially women talk about this
@Johnk123 women don't talk about it cuz they're bitches!!

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!The consent forms make me chuckle.
Like, is it supposed to protect against sexual assault?
Because, like, if I sign that form, she can assault me or beat me or whatever. And if this document were legally-binding, I couldn't do jack because now she has some form saying I consented to everything.
Or perhaps consent can be verbally withdrawn? Then we're back to square one.
Or maybe you sign the paper AFTER you are done? Oh the ways THAT could be abused. Sleep with someone, refuse to sign the paper, instant blackmail.
I'd say the main part that is interesting about this is the activities list. Like THAT could be convenient and save some awkward moments between the sheets. Not just because the boundaries are made clear, but the interests are made clear as well. Less having to choose between pushing the limits or playing it safe.
It is supposed to shield you from untrue rape allegations — which border on being half of "rape cases" —.
It clarifies to both parties where their boundaries are and there are more pages which cover consent withdrawal along with other issues. You would sign it before, you can verbally revoke consent during, then you update the form after if changes need to be made so there is a written record of when consent was revoked. It does not stop people from lying but it can help prevent it, especially if they don't decide to lie until days later.
I’d think I was sleeping with a psychopath.
Is this something that you need to get notarized too, in front of witnesses? cause someone could say they were 'forced' to sign it against their will or that someone forged their signature and they didn't really sign it.
I can't say I'd sign one, but some people might.
There is an optional line for a witness on page 3 and a notary can stamp and sign wherever they have room. Forging is tough to lie about but duress is a legitimate defense. That is also true without the form. Nothing is foolproof. This just might help a little.
what is the point of this form? like i really don't see the point of this form. consent can be revoked at ANY TIME if anyone starts to feel uncomfortable or changes their mind, so how can you sign such a form? if a guy ever gave this to me, i would be extremely suspicious and may even think he's a psycho who wants my signature and 'consent" to basically do whatever the hell he wants to me.
Kinda exactly that reason. Revoking consent at any time also means you can accuse someone of rape when you consented. 5 yes's and a retroactive no = rape. Where no means no, and yes also means no, I can't afford to trust you won't be malicious.
Id think he just took out all the romance of a sexual experience and made it a business contract. Perfect for prostitution, terrible for an average date with someone.
It's not an agreement to do those things, it's an acknowledgement that neither side is assaulting the other. "Consent is sexy"
I wouldn't mind, it'd may be even hot and possibly use it as a game while signing and as I check some things like kissing with tongue in the agree section like asking por a sample I don't know This in the unlikely situation I have one night stands or hook-ups
Laugh and hope they are joking. If not he has too little sense of consent for me to have sex with him.
this is not the only non-verbal way of making consent. You can talk together xD say what you want and like and don't just expect the person to read all your signals. Writing it down in a formal language seems like a joke to me and if someone was serious about that I would probably fail to sense their passion for me and the sex.
i meant this is not the only tool/method to express consent.. not non-verbal, which talking obviously is not xD
If it was for wild sexual acts... I'm in. Lol! If it was just to have sex with me and he's worried about legal stuff, fuck no.
Perhaps you might enjoy a visit to my dungeon. 😈
Where do the two witnesses and the notary sign? :) :) :)
I'd piss my pants laughing if a woman my age pulled something like this. It is NOT how my generation operates.
This particular one is 3 pages (see the bottom corner). The witness signs on the last page. If you can get it notarized, notaries carry a stamp so they don't actually sign it
No, notaries mst sign AND place their seal on documents which they notarize.
I suspect it varies by jurisdiction but if so, I would think the seal provides a blank line on which to sign. Either that or the would just sign next to it
How could either side prove whether or not those things happened without recording a video of the event.
The purpose is not to make the person do those things. The purpose is to get written consent so neither side can falsely claim assault.
Yeah, I get that part of it but lets say the consentor doesn't agree to some of the things and signs the contract and parts of the agreement are still violated, how does the consentor prove that? Or how does to the proposar prove that they didn't violate the agreement. Some of those things won't show up in a medical exam. I mean don't get me wrong I believe in two people discussing boundaries, terms whatever and that sort of thing but will just signing an agreement prevent a violation from happening is all I'm saying.
You can't. Just like you can't prove anything without the contract. All this does is ensure that the agreed upon things can't be used against anyone.
I dont mind
Whatever helps you sleep at night XD
It’s utterly fucking stupid for the majority of couples.
it’s a huge red flag and proves one of them is a fucking idiot and does not actually understand consent.
For example the person who wrote the original form does not understand consent, that’s how fucked up it is.
There is pretty much only one time you would use one, that’s for very specific reasons and it’s far better written than that heap of shit.
That’s actually a great idea!
Does it have to be notorized? witnesses. That's like saying just wait til married.
I'd let him know we're not going to work out.
Sounds like more of a free rape contract.
The purpose of this type of consent form is to offer legal protection to the "proposer" against a possible later accusation of sexual misconduct arising from the activities listed in the forms.
These agreements help establish: 1) that intimate sexual activities may have occrred between the parties to the agreement, 2) that the parties agreed to the terms before the activities began, 3) that one party saw fit to draft the agreement to document this fact. As consent may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, this type of agreement does not prove that all the activities that occurred were consensual.
If anything, it proves only that the party who drafted the agreement is afraid of being accused of sexual misconduct. In this way, the agreement may backfire - especially if it could be established that it was used in a deliberately manipulative or disingenuous way.
Sexting is actually a far better and far more fun way to explore sexual interests and boundaries, while being admissable in court.
As for how I would react, I would explain to my wife that it is unenforceable and wonder why she is asking me to sign something like this two years into our marriage.
That would be a big "no" from me.
Essentially saying "you consented to xyz so you can't tell me to stop or to not do the activities, as I have a predetermined consented time allotted & activities permitted."
I also consider this to be a red flag, in that the person giving me the contract has had previous accusations & possible convictions...
It's called informed consent and doesn't meant that it cannot be withdrawn at any time.
Is that really your "date" or a call girl?
