To start off I’m really a pretty girl and I always leave the house when I’m bored lol. So I was walking and there was this guy staring at me mind you I’m used to it so I didn’t pay him any mind after that I crossed the street and walk straight home and I see him looking around he had black glasses on he drive a black Mercedes Benz truck and he was tryna talk to me he found out what building I stay at and that’s when I started freaking out and I dropped my drink on the floor. So after that, he said come here outside his window he was so creepy I’m skinny I have no weapons and I don't know how to protect myself I need some tips on how i should

The problem with this sort of thing is that men are always automatically view as sex offenders, guilty unless proven innocent.

Most of the guys who women describe as 'creepy' are either perfectly harmless or haven't done anything wrong at all, as this term is so over used.

It could be that this guy has just see you around and has a crush on you or whatever.

Almost all of what you said means nothing at all; men look at women all the time, you even say this, and there is nothing inherently wrong with wearing sun glasses or driving black trucks, this isn't a 1920's cowboy film where the villian is indicated by his black hat.

The part that vaguely matters you completely gloss over 'he was tryna talk to me he found out what building I stay at'. Did he already know where you lived or did he find out because he asked you and you told him?

The fact of the matter is that almost certainly this guy isn't at all dangerous; you are far more likely to be raped and or murdered by your own family and or friends than a random stranger.

Stay in well lit area... as public as possible..

Buy a taser.
They generally start around $20
They make whistles that put out such a decibel of sound. It could pause them enough to buy you a few seconds.

They also make watched with GPS trackers in them just in case...
Always make sure someone knows you are out and about

You should carry mace with you at all times. It's not expensive. Anytime you feel threatened you should call the police. Let everyone in your building know about this guy
