I am a guy and I had sex with my sister's boyfriend, should I tell her the story or get her to break up with him another way?

My sister's boyfriend came over, she was on her way from cheer practice, but work called her in.     You'll have to come clean with her and it's up to her whether she wants to break it off with him or if she decides to forgive him. You don't decide whether she's still dating or not, you've done enough as is.
