You just tell the wife of the guy your sister is messing with and let her deal with it.
Either way if you get involved you may in the long run help your sister but in the short term end up hated by her for it.
She’s family and she’s an adult. All you can do is tell her how you feel about it and let her make her own decisions. Maybe she’s at a point in her life where she’s discovering something about herself that she didn’t know of before. You can support her in certain ways and voice your concern about her safety and what’s she’s doing. But like I said it’s her choice.
