You don't. I mean you can do surgeries, but their are only two of them that I know of and both are not great options. You can undergo a surgery that can turn the clitoris into a psuedo penis by pulling out some of the internal parts of the clitoris but that will only be about two inches or so, so not exactly functional (possible but not a great option).

The other is they take pieces of flesh from other parts of the body to construct a penis but to my understanding its non functional and because its not erogenous tissues it doesn't have any sensation in it ( beyond the norm) and while its size may be more accurate it isn't exactly something that looks good (though I heard about this years ago so its possible things have improved substantially since that point).

Though to be fair you really shouldn't be asking the internet about this, you should probably be seeing a plastic surgeon who specializes in reassignment surgeries for something like this (they are going to know better then strangers on the internet).

Like I said I heard about this over ten years ago so chances are they have improved but again, you should talk to proffesionals about it because they are one, more knowledgable about this topic, and two, they are much more up to date with current advancements and techniques.
