We live with our parents. I am 24 and bro is 26. He met this random girl off plenty of fish and they just seem like fuck buddies. His room is directly below mine, downstairs. The issue is they have sex super late at night and I have work in the morning, while my brother doesn't have a job atm. They had sex from like 1am to 4am. This girl moans super loud and it's almost like I'm there in the room with them. I can hear almost everything. It's super disgusting and horrible to listen to. So I told my dad about it and asked him if he could say something to my brother. They had a talk and my brother basically said that he's not going to change anything about it and if I don't like it I could sleep in the living room. Or I could switch bedrooms with my dad however I have scoliosis and my dad's bed destroys my back. I'm basically upset and I feel like his reply is super douchy. They choose to have sex at an inconvenient time. If they did it at some normal time in the day, I wouldn't be in my room. However this girl is in college and I don't know she schedule. But they're doing it when I need to sleep. I actually own the house, my parents put it in my name. I feel like I have more power here. Also his response I feel like is disrespectful. I have to wake up very early for work. So what can I do to lay some ground rules down? What can I do where it's a better situation?

And I think I did it like 3 or 4 times but when she got really loud I would open the door really quick and start running in and just jump on the bed dive on it and I'd say are you okay are you okay

Don't worry I called the police and the fire department they're on their way right now what are you doing to her I thought you were killing her and I'd get up off the bed and start walking towards the door I'd say okay well in about 2 minutes either the cops or the fire department is going to be here banging on the door so you guys are going to have to get up and open it up for them we're leaving and I would close her bedroom door and walk back into my girlfriend's room

The very first time I did it I waited about a minute and then I banged on the front door as if somebody was knocking and I could hear them in the room trying to get dressed really quick

That was kind of fun LOL what you could do is talk to the girl about it because if she knows that you own the house and you can hear them she's going to be totally embarrassed cuz you know your brother is not saying anything.

How old is your brother and why didn't your dad put a stop to it

Same thing you'd have to do in an apartment. Put in ear plugs or turn on a white noise machine like everyone else. You can always move out. If you're living in a house you're not paying for you don't have a say, and putting it in your name was a gift, not anything you earned.

You could wear earplugs to bed, my mom di5es that because my dad snores really loudly, and since it doesn't bother him (he sleeps soundly), he doesn't want to change it. You could have a noise machine that drowns out ambient noise that should muffle it a bit. You could ask that they put on music before they do it. My girlfriend and I do it. Yes, my parents know we're going to be having sex, but with the music on, they can't hear it.
