So I just caught my best friend fucking my younger brother, my best friend said my brother drug her to do it, but my brother said she force me to do it. I don't know who to blame on this one, my brother is 17, and she is 21.

She's the one to blame. He's under 18 and she is older so she knows what she was doing. Younger guys will usually give in to an older woman because they're easily manipulated, especially if the reward is sex.

However, there is nothing to say that they couldn't have relations. "Best friends" aren't all that, you'll find.
