Well if you are under 18 years old and you live in the United States, you do not have to sue him... you need to file a report with the local law enforcement after conviction you can file a civil suit.

Distribution of child pornography is a felony... sounds like you have clear cut case. Save the link and plat form he posted it on, because he will probably delete it at some point. Even if you texted or emailed it to some one you have a clear cut case if you can prove it. He will be come a registered sex offender for life.

Usually suing means it is a civil matter, have you copyrighted your images? if so they violated copy right laws and you can sue them for that violation.

Otherwise, if your state has revenge porn laws, you might be able to go after them for that but I can tell you first hand its impossible to get things taken down and even when you do they pop up else ware. They are there forever and good luck proving it was them who keep uploading it, especially if they are using VPN from in another country or having others do it from another country.

They can also claim they didn't upload it, they got hacked. Prove he actually was the one who uploaded it.

The one good thing for me personally and possibly for you, is Pornhub and all its affiliates require legal verification and took down everything that wasn't verified. So unless they had fake ID for you, it either won't be allowed or will be taken down. They seem to be the biggest provider of it, but other providers don't follow the same rules, but don't have as many views. Sorry though, it really sucks.

Bible contradictions exist because some of the Prophets were False Prophets, and it tells you that in Kings and Chronicles and elsewhere. Read the Books of Kings and Chronicles. It even tells you some of the books of the Law were "Lost" and "corrupted" during various apostacies in Israel... we can be pretty sure the Book of Genesis we have today is not the original story, because it was written by at least 6 different authors who all have different Grammar and Syntax and handwriting.
