Have them douche and shower first. Takes a lot less water than you'd think to clean. Wait a little while after the douche, water can be trapped inside and take a while to come out especially if to much water used. You can get lubes designed for rimming

Make sure that he washes very well, if you're not comfortable with how clean he is, I would suggest that you clean him.. You don't have to go deep, you can tease the outside and just barely push your tongue in, just a very tip. You should be fine
