You can do whatever you like, but you need to be okay with the likely consequences that result.

If you wear revealing clothes, you'll get lots of attention from men - but it's going to be almost exclusively SEXUAL attention (different from relationship attention), and much of it may come from guys you don't want. Also, a great many guys will (permanently) downgrade you from "possible relationship partner" to "only good for casual sex" because they'll see that you're using your body/sexuality to gain male attention, which is usually something a girl does when sex is all she has to offer. If none of this is a problem for you, then go for it.

Note that you will also get attention from women - and at least some of it is likely to be negative. Be prepared for that as well.

Bikini's are fine. There's no reason you can't wear them everywhere, although some people might look twice when not on the beach (say a busy street). But for sure, nothing wrong with that at all. And it's definitely a turn on for a lot of people. Me included haha
