Well, maybe you should clean out your underwear and clothes as much as you can before putting them in the laundry, or even better if you know how I would suggest to wash your own clothes so that you can avoid this in the future. But don't sweat it, even if she does see she probably won't say anything because she knows it's normal. Happens to me all the time, but I'm lucky obviously because I'm a girl, so it's not as nearly as messy. Hope this helps.
