Not sure what exactly you want help with... Things like this happens a lot at places like Uni etc. In fact all the time. Even to myself. Got extremely drunk once (this happened about three times actually), didn't remember how I ended up in a flat mates bed, but I probably initiated it cause I was feeling horny at the time. A lot of people tend to say it's rape, but in my opinion it's not. Sure I may regret it if I didn't like him at all. But I was aware of the risky things that I always do when I get very drunk before drinking so that was my responsibility.
I don't recommend having sex with a drunk girl since you never quite know what they really want, but I won't tell you to stop all together either. In my opinion, as long as she's the one pursuing you and says yes to having sex then that's on her, and if she regrets it its on her, drunk or not. Regret is not rape. So in my eyes there's nothing wrong in this and you don't need to do anything.0 1 0 0She's totally cool about it, it's me that feels terrible, when she woke up she just asked what happened then she was laughing at herself for being so embarrassing
Then there's nothing to worry about. So don't feel terrible 😜
I can't get over the fact of how sweet of you to clean her up, dress her, and then cuddle her ^o^. That was so caring and lovely.
My advice to you is to never have sex with a drunk girl because you can face serious consequences because of that. If that girl regretted having sex with than you are in trouble. Don't bring up the topic to that girl, you don't want any negative reaction.0 1 0 0It's the right thing to do, I couldn't just leave her! That's just horrible
You probably don't need to do anything. Except be aware, for future reference, that technically and legally you raped her. A drunk person can't consent.

as long as you feel at least a little bad, then you're OK. We don't all need to be perfect people, but we should at least be honest awith ourselves when we do bad things. What you did is harmless enough, if she really has that big a problem with it- well, there are lots of speculations that can be made after that but for the most part, it's not gonna make her lose her job, her house. You didn't make her live a shorter life or take anything away from her.
Don't always be worried about what kind of person everyone wants you to be. Just be yourself and when you run into problems, ask yourself what kind of person YOU want to be.0 0 0 0Technically speaking a drunk person can't consent, but we all know that's BS. Anyone who's had alcohol can tell you you're still conscious of making decisions, usually stupid ones though.
If she pulled you into her, and she's okay with the fact both of you had sex, you have nothing to worry about. Unless uou become famous in 30 years.0 1 0 0Technicalities matter, because rape is a crime. He should be cautious for his own good, not just for hers. Consent under the influence is a slightly blurry issue practically speaking, but legally, it's crystal clear. A drunk person cannot legally consent, and that means that you could be accused of rape if you have sex with a drunk person. Being conscious of going through the action of making a decision (which you may or may not remember when you wake up the next morning) does not mean that you are in a state to be ABLE to make such decisions. That's why a drunk person can't consent. It's not because they're not aware at the time that they're making a decision, it's because their decision can't be considered legitimate when they are under the influence.

9 9Was she actively participating? Do you think you'll have sex again? Be your own judge you feel bad about it so that tells you something.
1 0 0 0"Late at night she knocks on my door
She's drunk again and looking to score
Now I know I should say "No"
But that's kind of hard when she's ready to go
I may be dumb but I'm not a dweeb
I'm just a sucker with no self esteem"1 1 0 0Well youve already done what you needed to
0 0 0 0That's rape. Congrats you can now call yourself a rapist!
3 0 0 0I can check that off the bucket list now
Now you just have to hope she doesn't pursue this with the police.
She doesn't care
It's not sleazy if she's pulled you into bad - you were at the right place at the right time... Enjoy the memories and don't think twice about it!
0 1 0 0Luckily she's cool about it... for now. But that's a lesson to learn from in the future. You gotta think with the head on your shoulders, not the one in your pants. You could've put yourself in a slippery situation. And not the good kind.
1 0 0 0so whats the question?
1 0 0 0You shouldn't have done that. My opinion
2 0 0 0You wouldn't be the only one to do it. I just hope she'd be ok with it in coherent mind.
0 0 0 0we're human... we crack sometimes xD
0 0 0 0Be nice towards her, don't refer to the sex you had before she speaks about it.
2 0 0 0brace yourself for all the rape accusations and butthurt feminazis :D
1 3 0 0Hahah ones allready commented that
i mean she pulled you into bed and she threw herself at you. that´s consense in my book. and if you wake up sober and thing you shouldn´t have had sex with the dude, then fucking be more responsible with your alcohol intake next time!
things you regret having done drunk don´t fall into other peoples responsibility.
doesn't matter, had sex
0 1 0 0That's disgusting.
0 0 0 0You're fine. It's consensual until someone says no or resists. That's the law.
0 0 0 0Affirmative consent that uni is pushing isn't law, it's theory and policy written to cover their own asses.
Affirmative consent is one thing, drunk consent is another. Legally, you cannot consent while drunk. He should know that for his own good.
@samhradh_leannan You're wrong. I know that's what they are teaching you. But you're not spouting the law.
*fist bump*
chill the fuck out bro0 0 0 0Don't do that shit again. All she has to do is change her mind about it later and then you'll be fucked. In these types of situations, the law sides with women no matter what.
0 0 0 0"Not sure what I'm supposed to do"
Ugh, not be a dick? If she was that intoxicated then it wasn't with consent. You basically raped her.1 0 0 0
