It can contain sperm if the urine track still contains it from the previous load. You don't know what the guy did before sleeping with her. Precum originally doesn't make girls pregnant of course, but sperm cells do.

Rather u can just take the pill and be assured.. Pregnancy test won't come positive at least for 3 weeks post conception so it will most certainly be after u miss ur next cycle so take the pill within 72hrs and be relaxed
