I think it's all about, first, you getting comfortable with your hands in those areas but then finding a guy you are comfortable with to simply volunteer to touch you in ways that take it slow and go at your pace. Let him touch your leg. Let it sit there for a little bit, like dipping your toe in the water at a pool. Then let him go up further up your leg. Let the hand sit there. Get familiar with it, get comfortable with it. Know the feeling. Let him touch the front part of your private area by simply letting him only touch the top of your hair. Let the hand sit there and just see how long you can handle it.
Let it be a gradual process that you don't have to mentally rush into but something you slowly get familiar with. It's like therapy, to get familiar inside a situation like someone uncomfortable with going outside needs to practice simply walking out the door and standing outside for a couple minutes to go back in after and maybe next time it's longer or they choose to go further outside, depending on their comfort level.
