In my experience it was opposite at least for the "loose" part. Tightest I ever experienced was very skinny and anemic and a bit frail (we went to Disney Land and she almost fainted from the experience so I had to carry her all the way to the hotel).
But she could also naturally contract those walls -- I think she even did it unconsciously when I was pulling out (she would tighten up like a Python trying to keep its victim from escaping). Made it pretty hard not to climax very quickly given that.
