My bedroom is downstairs and my parents room is right above mine. Luckily i dont think my parents have sex a lot cause i realized last night i would be able to hear it. So my dad is gone this week working and last night my mom must have thought me and my brother had been asleep for awhile cause obviously someone came over and she had sex with him. Its weird i didn't hear the door cause its right by the stairs so I don't know how he got in but they were definitely going at it i could hear her and whoever and her telling him to shush. My brother says he didn't hear anything but i know for sure what was going on. I don't know what to do or if i should say something im honestly just mad and shocked

If your dad will not be home for a few more days, stay up to check if this guy comes over again. If you hear something, burst into her room to bust her. Maybe even grab your phone/camera for evidence. If not, just sit down and talk to her. Ask what was going on in her room and demand she tell the truth. Say you heard something suspicious. And do it all using a serious tone.

Confront your mother about it and tell her she needs to be honest about what has happened. Keep your cool and stay in the conversation for as long as possible. Don't get upset, no matter what she says to you. If she's not giving up, then just say "fine, but you know what you did and it was wrong" and that's all you can do.
