I just started seeing this guy a month ago and since we had sex my vagina has been off, has this happend to you?

At first I got an urinary track infection but got treated and then after that It started to smell weird down there like fish, then i got an over the counter treatment, but yesterday I started to get an extreme green super abundant flow and my vagina is burning. I don’t know how to tell the guy. I’m super scared because I really like him. I was at the doctors but I get the results on Wednesday. Has this ever happed to you? Do you think he gave it to me? Or is it something from me.
