I know I cannot get STD just by fingering and touching but is still something I should be worried about? I was at a night club celebrating the New Year and things got... hot. I am in a long distance relationship so I almost felt single and free to do what I want. A random guy came to me. We started talking and flirting. I wanted to kiss him but he avoided ( did not understand why) But a few moments after, he asked me if I am turned on and I said: Maybe and then he sticked his hand under my dress and touched my private parts ( skin on skin) I did not remove his hand, he did it by himself after a few seconds and smiled. Is there something I should be worried about? Also, Why he did that but refused to kiss me?

If he has an STD and had an open cut or sore on his hand/fingers yes it is possible to get an STD. But assuming he didn't, I wouldn't worry about it. As far as the kissing, people view that differently. Some people have no problem kissing strangers and others find it too intimate and won't do it (weird to me if you are having sex or sexual act how kissing is too intimate but ok lol). I'm guessing this guy probably wasn't single either so he may have felt kissing was too much. Too far and cheating. Again, silly but some people think that way. To do with their feelings.

He may have avoided kissing you in case you were HIV positive, which is transmitted by mixing body fluids.
It is unlikely, but if someone has, say, bleeding of the gums, it is perfectly possible to be infected that way!
If he fingered you there should be no problem as long as he was not bleeding around his fingers, and was HIV positive. Both of which would have to have occurred, and sound unlikely in this circumstance.
