Being sexually active doesn't impact someone's sex drive- I was far hornier when I was 12 years old (and many years away from sex) than I am now (which is kinda disturbing to acknowledge).
I'd suggest separating porn and masturbation. If watching porn is not rewarded with orgasm your interest in it will decrease. Simultaneously if you're going to masturbate don't do it while watching porn.

Yes totally normal. On TV and movies they often play women as not really being into sex unless the whole context is perfect--the guy is hot, rich, in love with them, ready to marry them, whatever. But in real life, women being horny all the time is totally normal.
