It would be a bit weird, but I suppose no more weird than an author that writes erotica. As long as you're not like, drawing porn based off girls you/your girlfriend know personally then I don't really see the issue?
If anything I could see it as something to be used for bedroom activities. Like: "I have this one scene I'm struggling with in my head, care to try it out with me? ;)"
I had a classmate I was casually seeing in my class (3D animation) that had bought a model that actually had the ability to add in boob bouncing physics lol. He didn't know about that until he bought it, but I had fun with it and offered to be a model for said physics ;)
Of course not I create my own characters or use already existing ones that aren't based off real people. But yeah having my S/O model for me if I'm having trouble with a pose would be a dream come true haha.
