we only broke up because I thought he wasn’t what I wanted long term but he fell pretty hard.

We have needs as humans. I figure if you dated him you liked him and if you dated three months and he was happy with no sex or head he is probably a pretty good guy.

I would say no there is nothing wrong with it. The thing is be honest about expectations. Last thing you want is a love sick puppy when its over. NOw he might put his head between your legs and lick you into total ectasy and change your mind. You also never mentioned really what the issue was.
