I'm thinking about going to a strip club for the first time, is there anything I need to know before going?

Bring money, more money, and even more money. The clubs are designed to remove as much $$$ from your wallet as is possible in the shortest amount of time. Even so, they can be fun.

Remember what @ironskev said: don't touch. They can touch you, but if you lay a finger a girl a couple of guys will magically appear and warn you not to let it happen again. There are no second warnings. You'll be hustled out of the club and literally thrown out onto the street or parking lot. For thre rest of us inside club, it's a great bit of entertainment (and at no cost).

Here is a tip (no need to slip me $1): In order to dance at the club, the girls are expected to sell a certain number of drinks; maybe four. If they don't find guys to pay for those four drinks, at the end of her shift the girl has to pay for the unsold drinks herself.

If a waitress asked you if you'd like to buy "Malibu Barbie" a drink, consider doing it. Although the girl will order coffee or iced tea, you'll pay the cost of a beer. Even so, she'll sit next to you while she's having her drink, often until she has to go back on stage.

Women being women, and dancers being especially catty, you'll learn a lot about the other girls: "She just got that new set of bolt-ons (fake tits) last month," as well as all sorts if interesting information about the club: "The owners are assholes and the DJ is a complete idiot. He can't even keep the tracks straight."

Because the girls get no money from food sales, you can ask her what the food is like in the kitchen: "The club sandwich with turkey is very good. I have one for lunch every day," or "I wouldn't let my dog eat here."

Um don’t put your money down like we did in ATL. I ordered drinks for the table and was waiting for the bottle girl while talking to my friends and 2 strippers came over grabbed the money off the table threw it on themselves picked it up and left. I wanted to fight that night. Other than that have fun….

Take a lot of one-dollar bills with you to give to the strippers.
