I'll try and keep this as short as possible. Basically, my girlfriend broke up with me.

I don't know why, she just said she didn't want to be together anymore but that it had to look like my fault. Then she kicked me in the balls really hard.

Sounds like something you should be asking a doctor. We have no way to see or examine the area and quiet honestly I don't think I want to. But considering you had your balls stomped on multiple times there probably very very sore and may possibly be ruptured. As specialy if the girl was wearing high heals.
