Ok, first of all don't feel bad. If he knew it was your first bj he shouldn't have pressured you by holding your head and forced you down. I know they may get a bit lost in the moment and can be sexy, but still not cool. Also if you felt uncomfortable, just pull away firmly. No means no.

This was his fault, not yours. Fighting against a gag reflex always has the possibility of throwing up, it's the body's natural reaction to what could be something stopping you breathing.

Also, stop watching so much porn. Deep throating is not something you should expect to do the first time you give oral sex! Not everyone is physically capable of it (those porn stars you see actually use a throat numbing spray to suppress the gag reflex), and it takes practise and time to work up to doing it.
