There's a mix of people on here. This site used to be incredibly liberal with a lot of trolls of differing political backgrounds. I'm hiding myself just because sometimes I'm one of them and I know many of the others.
I consider myself middle of the road. I believe in free speech but people have a responsibility to have respect for other people's way of life and that includes not hating on people who are against pro choice just as much as it means not calling women whores for simply sleeping around casually.
The culture on here changes a lot though and what parts of it you experience depends a lot on which questions you're answering
I don't hate all pro life people but I can't trust them either. Some pro life people I'm okay with as long as they're not forcing their beliefs on other people. But some of them are really extreme and even dangerous so those are the types I'd stay far away from. There are some pro life people on here who said abortionists should go to prison for life or they should get the death penalty. There are some who even think a woman should carry a baby full term even if it puts her life and/or the baby's life in danger. These are the people I absolutely can't stand.
@Cherry234 To people who say abortionists should die, I wonder what would happen if they were made to be the executioners and had to listen to those people tell their stories every time. People should just learn to understand eachother.
No, you just haven't met up with the right group yet :)
It is a little tricky maneuvering around some of the puritans that will trash you if you don't think and act the way they want you too, but there are many that are open minded and believe in letting people be who they are.
If someone is rude to you, just block them and eventually the good people will remain.

I haven't noticed that specifically about "Sexuality" topic, though I'm not saying you haven't. I try to stay away from politics and religion. People's minds are made up and they aren't going to change them.

There are plenty of those types on here just ignore them there are plenty of us here that aren't like that.
There definitely are people on here who are conservatively religious but even people who are spiritual/religious don't think like them. I would just stay away from those types or ignore them because they can be annoying.

I think that you will see a wide range of views here.
I would say the political belief spectrum on here is pretty wide and evenly spread out.
There's certainly some of those but cases on here. But there's also lots of normal people and atheists too.

I'd say it's mixed, but if I had to pick one way or the other, I'd say it's more liberal. But that may be because I block extremists of any stripe.
