You don't if you know he is not gay you can tell him that you're gay and see how he reacts, but you never ask him to fuck. If you ask a heterosexuals guy if he wants to fuck, you might get punched. Twice in my live this has happened to me

The first time... I was out partying with some guys that I knew, one of them we always suspected of being gay but was never sure of it. Well by the end of the night I ended up on my friends front porch with the gay guy and my buddy. My buddy got up and said he was done and was going to bed. The gay guy, and myself was left sitting on the porch. I was really drunk, so I was complaining that I am not sure I feel all that hot. The gay reaches over and says that I might feel better if I unzipped my pants. I started to say I don't think that's going to make a difference... then he reach's over and starts unbuckling my pants, and no matter how drunk you are you know when a dude touches you. I stood up and punch is ass three to four times, he fell back in his chair and I grabbed his ass and threw him off the porch. I never said a word to him the whole time, then I walked home from there. We never saw that guy again. I never told my friends either because I was ashamed of the whole thing. I just told them that I got in fight with him over some drunk shit, and left him the bleeding in my friends front yard. We all laughed about it, because we all though he was odd anyway.

Second time... I was at a club with friend of a friend who was buying me drinks all night. I thought something was up, but it was $7 a beer and he bought me like 6 of them. Toward the end of the night he leans over and says to me... you know I do not care if I fuck a guy or girl, I just want to get laid tonight. I laughed and said I do not care if he fucks a guy or girl either, but he's definitely not fucking me. Then got up told my other friend that old boy is into fucking dudes if he did not know that... we both got up and left.

The first guy sexually assaulted me, the other one just hit on me... so that was difference between punching his ass out and walking way laughing.
