While I am sure it is different for you, the main difference will likely be for the guy. As much as we like to hype up the ejaculation when it comes to sex, I can't imagine it is particularly pleasurable outside of the whole mental turn on.

I don't really want to say nothing will happen since anything is possible. But getting pregnant on the pill, when used correctly, is according to my doctor friend less common than being impregnated by swimming in a public pool.

Its 99% overall. Not for one time, but out of people using it. I think it is fairly safe to say that some if not most of the remaining 1% messed up themselves. I personally do not know anyone who get pregnant on the pill. I do know a plethora of people who find it causes other things, good and bad.

The pill is realistically about 95% effective, so it works pretty well. We all just trust it to work. If you’re still scared, track your ovulation. There are apps that will help you do that so you know what days are safe for him to cum inside you.

I had plenty of experience with girlsfriends being on the pill. The failure is extremely low, somewhere lower than 1% Make sure that you are aware of the other medications that don't play well with bcp. Have a thorough discussion with your doctor about it and you'll be fine.

Have you used lambskin condoms. Sometimes latex condoms can cause some burning for the girl or the guy. The pill is very effective after you wait 14 or so days and stick to a strict schedule. Make sure your boyfriend gets tested for STDs before you have sex without a condom. Lube is great and feels better both with and without a condom. How is your sex life with your boyfriend?

You should be on the pill a couple of months before you go condom free, and if you're taking your pills every day at the same time you should be fine.
