Lets see. Well you could make a completely fool of yourself on a video and load it to YouTube. You could also punch a wall or punching bag and try to damage your hand. It will cause you great pain and you will be handicapped for a bit.

Alright. How about this... Get two real heavy books Sit on your knees while letting one book rest on each hand... keep them on the same height as your head. Hold that for 2 times 10 minutes Whenever you can't hold it anymore, add 5 minutes drop the books and you add 10 minutes Have fun.
