Honestly I remember being a 13yr old boy and I would have manipulated, encouraged and seduced any interest from a 27yr old. As much as we want the world to make sense and be fair, it's not, I don't think it ever will be. The world is so uniquely different, judging people at face value with the same grey brush is ignorant, illogical and insensitive.
If the 27-year-old was raping my son, sue the 27-year-old and call the pigs. If it was arranged, tell my son about the dangers of sex and seduction. If my son was raping the 27-year-old, forbid him to see them again.
