This is tricky, cause is this a girl that would consent if she is not drunk? Like before you start drinking she says, I give consent now for if/when I get drunk later... then I'd probably say that is consent.
If however she probably would not, and someone needs to get her drunk to get her to loosen up and be more likely to consent, then no that is not consent.
Best to talk about it up front, before anything starts to get it all clear.
I say the same about men, if they are high or drunk and it wasn't discussed before hand best to not do anything until they are back to normal then ask them for consent.
Otherwise people are just asking for rape allegations if you think consent is consent no matter what, when someone who would otherwise not have done it says they were impaired and could not consent.
