Did you solicit this from some one you knew to be a minor? I graduated from a law enforcement academy and know and understand "Possession of Child Pornography" and what that means and the implications of it.

you take your computer to a computer store for repair, someone sees the photo, they call the police, etc.. I recall hearing, not sure of laws everywhere... the problem is "whether you knew he persons age"... gets people in trouble. I'm not sure how the "prove who did what, works". I used to get a feed of sex preditors and saw quite a few caught for importuning. Ohio Revised Code: "(A) No person shall solicit a person who is less than thirteen years of age to engage in sexual activity with the offender, whether or not the offender knows the age of such person.
